The harvest
In painting, atmospheric perspective is the effect of depth attributable to the degree of contrast between colors. In the composition, the elements seem close to us when they are detailed and contrasted, then distant when they fade and the gap between the colors diminishes. This impression of distance is here accentuated by the superposition of transparent tints (glazes).
Following these same processes, the beginning of the musical piece is marked by a superposition of ambient sounds that blend into each other. Towards the end, the sounds become so defined and textured that they provoke haptic sensations.
